Connect With Others is the third module in the Self-Leadership & Identity Series, taking the Emotional Intelligence journey from understanding and managing ourselves to understanding and connecting effectively with others.
In this practical 90-minute session, participants will explore how social awareness and relationship management influence the way we listen, communicate, build trust and navigate workplace relationships. Through practical tools and relatable situations, we will explore how to recognise different perspectives, listen with intention and adapt our approach to positively influence different people and situations.
Building on Know Yourself and Manage Yourself, Module 3 completes the journey:
